Symposium participants present their work in sessions scheduled throughout 2 days. Aiming to keep the value of interactions among participants, these sessions are arranged in a programme that allows live discussions following the formal presentations. Several types of participation will be possible:
WORKSHOP ON ENVIRONMENTAL TOPICS
Experts and senior scientists are welcomed to prepare and submit proposals for an interactive-workshop session where general and particular interest issues were discussed.
EXHIBITION
We support in the symposium, presentation of companies (products, apparatus and equipment in the field of environmental protection). Please contact us for more info.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Scientific papers intended to be presented within the poster’s session must be prepared by the author/s as a poster with relevant charts, drawings, photos…
Lecturer
Presentation time for ORAL presentation is 10 minutes + 5 min for questions from the audience. The main goal of your oral presentation is to get the audience interested in your work. All presentations have to be made in English. The presentation has to be done in PowerPoint format (or other self-executive multimedia)
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
- Laptop (MS Windows 10 -MS Office: Word, Powerpoint, Excel) with sound;
- State-of-the-art multimedia technology that guarantees a perfect work process at the highest level for all kinds of presentations;
- Wi-Fi Internet – free for all participants in the conference hall area;
- Laser pointer;
- Additional wireless microphones (for questions/comments from the audience);
Note: If a Speaker needs some specific media device in addition, he must inform the organizers at least 4 weeks prior to the conference start.
